DESCRIPTION:You are invited to help with stewardship activities at CCNAP! Please sign up here.  \nThe invasive bamboo removal portion of the day is being done in collaboration with the Bay Creek Stewardship folks\, as we did in 2023 and 2024. This year\, we’re hoping to have enough ESMN volunteers to also maintain our native planting area and the boardwalks\, removing invasives\, trimming back vines\, and screwing down boards. \nYou can volunteer for one or more of the four time slots over two days. If you want to stay for both in a single day\, please bring your lunch. \nTuesday April 22nd: 10am-noon and 1pm-3pm. \nThursday April 24th: 10am-noon and 1pm-3pm. \nVDCR will have a first aid kit and AED on site and a large water cooler for refilling bottles. \nPlease bring hydrating fluids and dress appropriately – close toed shoes\, long pants\, sun and bug protection\, etc. \n\nLog your hours under Better Impact Category 6\, CCNAP/Trail and Habitat Management.
