🧤 Volunteer: Chincoteague Bay Field Station (CBFS) Bioblitz

Chincoteague Bay Field Station (CBFS) is hosting their first Bioblitz. This day program will provide the opportunity for participants to learn more about the importance of biodiversity, how to identify and distinguish species, and the chance to apply this knowledge to our local ecosystems in a friendly competition!
Participants should bring a packed lunch and meet at the CBFS at 8:30 AM on September 20 for a brief lesson on biodiversity, iNat, and species identification. CBFS will then transport participants to the Refuge, index our three habitats, eat lunch, and transport all participants back to CBFS by 3:30 PM.
